NovaNET Plug-in - Disaster Recovery for Networks

Lightning over city

Every company faces the challenge of protecting themselves from unexpected disasters and troubles. Some of those disasters, like hard drive and computer failures, are known to happen. Unylogix helps you protect your valuable data, and helps you get back up and running fast. This is done by two great disaster recovery programs, the NovaNET Disaster Recovery plug-in, which creates disaster recovery boot disks and will protect your Windows 2000/NT, Linux or NetWare servers currently running NovaNET, and InstantRecovery, which works with all operating systems (only requires an Intel-compatible computer) and creates a full image backup of your hard drive. Check them out today and see which one is right for your protection.

NovaNET Disaster Recovery Plug-In
for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP, Novell NetWare,
and Linux

Requirements:
3.5" Floppy or
CD-R / CD-RW Drive
Windows, Linux or NetWare
NovaNET with the drive attached to the computer being protected
The Disaster Recovery plug-in is perfect for protecting your servers and main computers in your network running NovaNET. Recovering from a complete failure can be as quick and easy as booting up your system or pushing a single button on your tape drive. Create a file-by-file backup and Disaster Recovery Disks (bootable diskettes or a single bootable CD) that work together to bring your system back from the dead.

NovaNET also supports OBDR for Hewlett Packard drives, which allows users to insert the most recent backup tape and recover the entire system with the push of a single button on the tape drive. Runs under Linux, Windows 2000 / NT and NetWare, and the tape drive must be attached to the server running the disaster recovery module. The Disaster Recovery module must be installed on each system for which recovery is to be available. The recovery information that is written to the tape is from the local system only.

InstantRecovery Disk Imaging Software
for any Intel-compatible based computer
Requirements:
Pentium Class or
higher CPU
64 MB RAM
Mouse
A CD-R, CD-RW, removable, or tape backup device
InstantRecovery is hard drive imaging software and disaster recovery CD-ROM that works with just about every operating system, including Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP, Linux, Unix, and OS2. In fact, it will run with any computer that uses an Intel-compatible chipset inside.

InstantRecovery takes a snapshot of your hard drive and writes that picture to a CD-R / RW drive or tape drive, so you can clone the exact settings to another hard drive or simply rebuild your existing computer in case of a real crash! InstantRecovery can save you hours and hours of setup time, and potentially tens of thousands of dollars in lost data.
