Requirements
- Hardware need not be identical, but each machine must have a NetWare-certified network adapter
- Each machine and network adapter card must be NetWare certified
- Additional ODI adapter cards for the dedicated link between servers and standby machines
- Standby machine with adequate disk partitions to mirror disk partitions in the protected servers
- SnapShotServer requires an extra disk device in the standby machine beyond any drives used for mirroring
- NetWare mirroring requirements apply when using StandbyServer to duplicate data
- Two or more NetWare 4.x, 5.x or 6.x servers
- Disk devices in the standby machine must be supported by NetWare 4.x, 5.x or 6.x or drivers
